This policy has been established to respect the time of other clients and the waxer. All appointments must have a card on file. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a 50% nonrefundable charge of all services booked. A 24 hour notice is needed to avoid any charges. No show will be charged 100% nonrefundable of the services booked to the card on file. If you’re more than seven minutes late your appointment will be canceled under the late cancellation policy and you will need to reschedule.
